📋 Description

• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with regional brokers and benefits consultants. • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to drive pipeline, partnerships, and revenue performance. • Manage proposals, RFI/RFQ/RFP processes, contracts, and broker/consultant communications. • Ability to achieve yearly sales quota. • Educate brokers on virtual care solutions through webinars, demos, and in-person meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, working directly with employee benefits brokers and benefits consultants. • A demonstrated ability to achieve sales quota. • Strong relationship building skills with knowledge of employer benefits, healthcare and broker/consultant market. • Excellent communication skills including presenting, speaking, writing, and follow-up. • Strong prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation and closing skills. • Robust time management skills and strong ability to manage a pipeline. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
