📋 Description

• Edit and assemble paid social video content using existing assets, including UGC, creator content, and brand materials. • Apply motion graphics, text treatments, sound, and transitions to enhance performance and engagement. • Design static assets and variations for paid social campaigns when required. • Contribute ideas and creative concepts from the early stages of projects, collaborating with the creative team. • Ensure all content aligns with platform best practices for channels such as Meta, TikTok, and other paid placements. • Stay up to date on social trends, including formats, text styles, sound design, and platform-native behaviors. • Support the production of multiple content variations optimized for testing and performance. • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while adapting creative to social-first formats. • Execute revisions and edits based on feedback from stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in video editing, motion design, graphic design, or social-native content roles. • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing tool). • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation layering. • Experience with Figma for static design, asset creation, and collaboration. • Understanding of paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) including formats, specifications, and best practices. • Genuine awareness of what’s trending on social—text treatments, sound, transitions, formats—and the instinct to bring those observations into the work. • Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and performance-oriented content creation. • High level of proficiency in English, both written and spoken. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
