📋 Description

• Pull, clean, and maintain data for engineering KPI dashboards and flag anomalies • Prepare metrics summaries and slide decks for Engineering Managers and Directors • Support leaders in interpreting team metrics and preparing talking points • Maintain documentation on metric definitions • Draft and schedule department communications for review and approval • Help engineering leaders prepare talking points, FAQs, and messaging • Maintain the engineering communications calendar and documentation hub • Track post-announcement feedback and route questions to leaders • Maintain headcount and requisition trackers • Coordinate performance review cycles, calibration sessions, and promotion committees • Prepare calibration materials, leveling guide references, and career development templates • Support the Associate Engineer Program with Mentors, Managers, and HR • Assist with onboarding logistics for new engineering hires • Track budget line items and monthly actuals and prepare variance summaries • Assist with budget requests and approval routing • Maintain vendor contract, license renewal, and spending records • Coordinate quarterly planning timelines, templates, reminders, and dependencies • Support drafting and refining quarterly goals/OKRs • Track quarterly commitments and prepare leadership status summaries • Help run and document planning retrospectives • Coordinate audit logistics, documentation collection, and action-item follow-up • Help leaders complete audit-related requests • Maintain audit-ready documentation and trackers • Track remediation items through closure • Support the Director of Engineering Enablement in operating systems that keep the engineering organization efficient, transparent, and well-led

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a business operations, program coordination, finance/audit, HR operations, or engineering operations role • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams and deadlines • Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and dashboard tools (Allstacks, Tableau, or similar) • Strong written communication skills; comfortable drafting content for review by senior leaders • Service mindset and enjoyment of supporting others and making leaders' jobs easier • Hands-on experience with Apptio and Jira preferred • Identity and credential verification, interviews, and fraud or misrepresentation screening are part of the hiring process
