⢠Find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. ⢠Inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers. ⢠Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions. ⢠Completing sales with customers. ⢠Answering and addressing customer questions/concerns. ⢠Gathering data from customers to understand their needs. ⢠Generating quotes. ⢠Educating customers on coverage and costs. ⢠Upsell when available.
đŻ Requirements
⢠Must have a Property & Casualty Producer license within good/active standings. ⢠Must be Bilingual (English & Spanish fluent). ⢠High School Diploma or equivalent. ⢠Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience. ⢠Must be 18 years of age or older. ⢠Ability to type at least 25 words per minute. ⢠Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems. ⢠Customer service and/or sales experience preferred. ⢠College degree preferred but not required.
