• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs bevorzugt, aber nicht zwingend notwendig • Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Customer Care & Experience, Customer Service, (Strategie-)Beratung oder Solution Design • Nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz in der Gestaltung und Umsetzung multidisziplinärer und/oder länderübergreifender Lösungen • Fundiertes Verständnis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, moderne CX-Technologien, Automatisierung und den Einsatz von KI • Erfahrung in der Konzeption komplexer Lösungen sowie der Erstellung von Angeboten und Ausschreibungsunterlagen; • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
