📋 Description

• Handle inbound customer calls and written inquiries • Provide clear, friendly, and professional support in German and English • Offer expert guidance on bookings, changes, cancellations, and travel plans • Update and maintain customer and booking data • Resolve customer issues and help create positive travel experiences • Work closely with the team to deliver the best customer experience • Serve as a key connection between Booking.com and its customers

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent German language skills, spoken and written • Very good English skills • Strong customer orientation and communication skills • Ability to interact confidently with diverse customer types • Good computer skills and fast typing • Creative, solution-oriented mindset and strong team-player approach • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays • Residence in Georgia is required • Experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
