📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Telia Play for Android devices, with a strong focus on Android TV • Design and optimize applications for performance, scalability, automation, and smooth release flows • Collaborate with designers and backend developers in a cross-functional team • Implement modern architectural patterns and coding standards • Build using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Telia's design system, Firebase, and GraphQL • Create exceptional user experiences for millions of users across the Nordics

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building scalable, high-quality applications for Android TV platforms • Solid proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose • Ability to design and implement advanced architectural patterns • Experience with performance optimization techniques • Eagerness to drive automation and shape a smooth release process • Experience with GraphQL and adaptive streaming protocols such as DASH and HLS is a plus • Skilled in managing Git workflows • Ability to ensure code quality and maintain high test coverage • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in collaborative environments • Experience with TV-specific hardware features such as remote controls, voice interaction, or TalkBack is a bonus • Background checks will be part of the process
