📋 Description

• Shape the application architecture for Service Order Management • Define and maintain application and service architecture for Service Order Management • Lead solution design across initiatives, aligning with enterprise architecture and TM Forum standards • Analyze requirements for new capabilities • Create high- and low-level design documentation • Apply security-by-design principles • Ensure compliance with architectural governance • Collaborate with BSS, NSO, Inventory, SIM management, and external vendors • Ensure quality and performance across the SOM ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in OSS architecture, particularly Service Order Management, service orchestration, Inventory, or SIM/eSIM lifecycle management • Understanding of catalog-driven orchestration and SOM integration with BSS and OSS domains • Experience with requirements analysis and high- and low-level solution design • Knowledge of TM Forum standards and Open APIs • Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud-native platforms, and automation • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to work effectively in an international agile environment • Knowledge of leading architecture work across complex transformation initiatives is an advantage • Knowledge of SAFe or other agile ways of working is an advantage • Experience working with major telecommunications technology vendors is an advantage
