📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the CEO and leadership team • Lead company-wide quarterly strategic planning and execution tracking to translate priorities into measurable outcomes • Identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and create scalable rhythms across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success • Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure collaboration and accountability on strategic projects • Act as a thought partner and proxy for the CEO in meetings, follow-ups, and communications to keep momentum on key decisions • Prepare board materials, investor updates, and support fundraising with data-driven insights • Own and execute high-impact special projects (e.g., GTM strategy, product launches, strategic partnerships)

🎯 Requirements

• Total 5-6 years of experience with 3-4 years in management consulting or similar roles • Startup experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment; comfortable wearing multiple hats and moving between strategy and execution • Proven ability to work with C-level executives and cross-functional teams • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Bias for action with a focus on execution and outcomes • Structured problem-solving mindset with strong analytical rigor • Executive presence and ability to influence without direct authority • High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-changing environment
