📋 Description

• Own and maintain complex Airflow DAGs for pricing automation, margin reporting, and cost analysis • Build and manage rate deck pipelines across multiple product lines • Develop and maintain pricing APIs and services in Python with async programming • Analyse CDR/MDR data to identify vendor discrepancies and drive refund and reconciliation workflows • Build automated discrepancy resolution and self-healing pipelines • Create and maintain financial reporting, including monthly margin reports, negative margin alerts, and GP calculations • Design and build new automation for quoting workflows • Own backend systems and pipelines supporting pricing, margin reporting, and cost analysis across Telnyx's product portfolio • Collaborate with finance, sales, and product teams that rely on these services for pricing decisions, vendor-cost reconciliation, and business reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional Python experience • Strong async programming with aiohttp, asyncpg, and FastAPI • Production experience building and maintaining complex Airflow DAGs • SQL fluency across PostgreSQL and analytical databases such as Athena or BigQuery • Comfort working with financial and pricing data, including margins, markups, cost basis, and currency • Ability to read and debug Java services • CI/CD experience with Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions • Strong troubleshooting skills involving logs, databases, and data pipelines • Experience owning production services and pipelines, including on-call responsibilities and incident resolution • Comfortable using AI coding agents as part of an investigation workflow • Go experience (bonus) • Telecom or CPaaS background (bonus) • Salesforce or CRM integration experience (bonus) • Experience with pricing engines or billing systems (bonus)
