âą Partner with the LATAM sales team to own the technical side of customer opportunities from discovery through close âą Lead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, current architecture, pain points, and business goals âą Recommend integration strategies, solution architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure using Telnyx products âą Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept support âą Explain Telnyx products across Voice, SIP Trunking, Messaging, Wireless/IoT, Networking, Storage, AI, and Voice AI âą Help customers evaluate Telnyx APIs, network capabilities, and communications infrastructure âą Identify technical objections and work with Sales, Product, and Engineering to resolve blockers âą Support customer and partner integrations in real-world environments âą Build lightweight prototypes or demos that show how Telnyx products can solve customer problems âą Maintain deep knowledge of Telnyx's existing and future products âą Serve as the voice of the customer by sharing technical feedback with Product and Engineering teams âą Support customer meetings, partner conversations, trade shows, and regional events as needed
âą 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a client-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Support Engineering, or Technical Architecture âą Strong understanding of VoIP, SIP, telecom infrastructure, networking, contact center technology, cloud platforms, APIs, or related technologies âą Experience explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences âą Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans âą Strong presentation and demo skills âą Experience working with sales teams during technical discovery, evaluation, POC, and closing stages âą Hands-on technical curiosity and comfort learning new products quickly âą Business acumen and ability to connect technical value to customer outcomes âą Fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese âą Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil or Mexico City, Mexico, with ability to support LATAM customers and travel as needed.
