• 3-5 years in Benefit Administration, business analysis, or Operations roles with healthcare/group benefits knowledge • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree • Professional certifications in HR, benefits, or related fields (CEBS) is a plus • SQL, MS Access, and/or VBA experience is preferred
