📋 Description

• Configure, maintain, and operate several factory subsystems, including: Manufacturing Execution System, programmable logic controllers, network infrastructure, software and hardware systems • Work with operations and engineering teams to ensure that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the systems as the on-site technical lead. • Correct Tier 1 issues and elevate issues to Tier 2 support engineers. • Work closely with the on-site maintenance technician who will service, troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment • Provide training and support to various operations team users. • Collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement new systems and upgrades. • Document system design, installation, and maintenance procedures. • Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the field.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, industrial/utility field operations, system administration, network administration, or related field. • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing execution systems, programmable logic controllers, network management and configuration, and associated hardware/software systems. • Demonstrated ability to isolate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in networked hardware and software systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
