📋 Description

• Lead and/or self-perform the execution of engineering activities. • Work with Engineering Manager and Project Managers to manage internal and external capacity to meet project milestones. Requests and evaluates engineering services proposals. • Perform quality review of work performed by assigned staff; identify, investigate, and resolve internal and external quality issues on projects. • Manage and control the generation, issuance, resolution, and close-out of requests for information, technical inquiry forms, and transmittals/submittals. • Participate in preparing proposals and scope development, including conceptual designs and execution plans, engineering/project cost estimates, and schedules. • Coordinate technical activities and designs with personnel in other disciplines and departments within the local office. • Provide leadership, training, and mentoring to less experienced engineers and team members. • Provide short-term field support during construction. • Any other actions required by management.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other technical degree. • Three years minimum of engineering experience performing development of solar projects in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with AutoCAD. • Project management experience is a plus
