• Build and lead the TA team: set KPIs, design interview frameworks, manage pipeline reporting • Develop and execute recruitment strategies across all functions—tech, GTM, ops, and leadership • Drive senior-level tech recruiting with focus on quality of hire and time-to-fill metrics • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design • Define and evolve Teramind's employer brand and candidate value proposition • Optimize sourcing strategies across channels—direct sourcing, agencies, referrals, passive pipelines • Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools to improve efficiency and candidate experience • Build talent communities and nurture pipelines for hard-to-fill roles • Own ATS optimization and recruiting tech stack decisions • Establish data-driven frameworks: analyze funnel metrics, source effectiveness, diversity hiring, retention correlation • Provide workforce insights that inform business strategy and headcount investment
• 8+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years managing recruiting teams • Proven track record recruiting senior-level technical talent (engineering, product, data roles) • Experience building TA functions from the ground up in high-growth or distributed companies • Deep knowledge of modern sourcing techniques, AI recruiting tools, and talent market dynamics • Strong grasp of global hiring: compliance, remote team management, multi-country recruiting • Analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive strategy • Ability to influence executives and hiring managers without direct authority • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software markets
