• Translate keyword and intent research into briefs, outlines, and on‑page optimization. • Build internal linking strategies and refresh underperforming content. • Evaluate our current SEO plan, then set quarterly OKRs, roadmaps, and hypotheses. • Manage and coach content writers (in‑house and freelance). Set quality bars, build playbooks/SOPs, and run a predictable editorial calendar. • Lead site audits and fixes (CWV, page speed, crawlability, indexation, site architecture, structured data). • Partner with engineering to ship improvements that move rankings and conversions. • Build dashboards and reporting for rankings, traffic, and revenue contribution. Communicate results and insights to leadership. • Identify partnerships and PR opportunities that compound authority. • Own our SEO tool stack and workflows. Document and automate where possible.
• 4–7+ years in content optimization, ideally in B2B SaaS/dev‑tools or adjacent technical domains. • A track record of measurable impact (e.g., ranking gains, organic pipeline/revenue, content performance improvements). • Comfortable collaborating with engineers. • People leadership: experience managing writers/editors; ability to give clear briefs, feedback, and coaching. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Bias to action, experiment‑driven, and startup‑ready.
