📋 Description

• Lead overall contract performance and serve as the Contractor's primary Government liaison. • Meet regularly with the COR to discuss project status and contract performance. • Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan and milestone schedule. • Coordinate instructor staffing, personnel updates, and resume submissions for task orders. • Prepare progress and financial reports following each academic term. • Monitor contract deliverables, schedules, risks, and corrective actions to ensure successful execution. • Communicate project updates, staffing changes, and performance information with Government stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship. • Master's degree in political science, history, public policy, law, organizational leadership, management, or a related field. • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience supporting contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity. • Must have prior active duty or reserve service in the U.S. Marine Corps or U.S. Navy. • Demonstrated experience managing Department of Defense programs and coordinating with senior Government leadership. • Authorized to act on behalf of the Contractor on all contract matters and available during normal Government business hours.
