• Drive profitable sales growth and expand market share with a selected panel of key accounts. • Support webshop through listings, contents, promotions, campaigns, and field support. • Develop the business of key accounts through customer networks and executing joint visits. • Implement activities for assigned customers in alignment with RKAM. • Plan, agree and follow through on annual action plan with Key Partners. • Identify new opportunities, manage and implement projects, and sales pipeline. • Support customers’ digital strategy and implement initiatives and promotions. • Execute strategic sales plans, manage projects, and negotiate contracts.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. • 5+ years’ experience in sales or account management in an international setting. • Proven track record in developing business with industrial distributors and manufacturers. • Knowledge of the MRO distribution channel will be considered a strong plus. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Ability to work in complex matrix organizations. • Strong digital mindset and ability to adapt to change. • Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized. • Fluent in English, at least B2. • Availability to travel.
