📋 Description
• Supply essential support services to Tessitura users both regionally and globally • Use the Tessitura Network helpdesk application for troubleshooting assistance • Resolve support issues directly for clients and escalate as needed • Assist members in installing and upgrading Tessitura applications • Undertake consulting projects, member onboarding, and training programs • Act as a subject matter expert in optimizations and upgrades
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, relationship-building skills • Works calmly, effectively, flexibly with a large number of clients/members • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders • Has demonstrated experience writing queries, stored procedures, views and other database objects with Microsoft SQL Server • Enjoys working independently in a virtual environment
