📋 Description

• Expand Tether’s growth and presence in Côte d’Ivoire through adoption of its solutions, products, and services • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Côte d’Ivoire and the Francophone region • Establish and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with Ivorian banks, fintechs, and large corporates • Build strong relationships with partners, customers, stakeholders, regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies • Develop a pipeline of USDt integration opportunities across Francophone countries’ payment ecosystems • Design and implement go-to-market strategies for Tether’s products and services • Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities • Analyze USDt and fiat flows for data-driven decision-making • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact • Represent the company at key meetings and industry events • Support and participate in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility • Travel frequently locally and internationally

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or Finance (MBA preferred) • Deep knowledge of the Francophone market, culture, and regulations in blockchain, fintech, finance, remittances, and payments • Existing relationships at BCEAO and national central banks across WAEMU • 7-10 years work experience in cross-border settlements, mobile money, and/or payment infrastructures; telecom or banking experience is a plus • Fluent in English and French (native preferred) • Strong analytical skills and experience in setting/monitoring KPIs • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proven experience in partnerships, KPI monitoring, and business growth • Analytical, strategic, and results-driven with problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial background and project management expertise • Proactive, independent, and well-organized approach to work • Ability to thrive autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments • Comfortable with international travel
