📋 Description

• Expand Tether’s growth and presence in Nigeria through adoption of its solutions, products, and services • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Nigeria and the region • Establish, build, and manage commercial and strategic partnerships with Nigerian banks, fintechs, and large corporates • Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders • Develop a pipeline of USDt integration opportunities across the Nigerian payment ecosystem • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in Nigeria and across the region • Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities • Analyze USDt and fiat flows for data-driven decision-making • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact • Manage relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies • Represent Tether at key meetings and industry events • Support and participate in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility • Collaborate closely with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business, Management, or Finance • MBA preferred • 7–10 years of work experience in cross-border settlements, mobile money, and/or payment infrastructures • Telecom or banking experience is a plus • Deep knowledge of the Nigerian market, culture, and regulations in blockchain, fintech, finance, remittances, and payments • Fluent in English • Strong analytical skills and experience setting/monitoring KPIs • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Proven experience in partnerships, KPI monitoring, and business growth • Analytical, strategic, and results-driven problem-solving skills • Entrepreneurial background and project management expertise • Proactive, independent, and well-organized approach to work • Ability to thrive autonomously in fast-paced, ambiguous environments • Comfortable with international and local travel • History of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships
