📋 Description

• Deliver new features and bug fixes with a focus on reliability, performance, and user satisfaction • Maintain high codebase quality through consistent coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing • Design and develop responsive, high-performance UI and application state • Ensure seamless user experiences across platforms • Translate AI intelligence into meaningful human experiences for QV.AC • Contribute to how users perceive, trust, and rely on QV.AC

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with React/Preact and modern JavaScript/TypeScript in production-scale applications • Strong competency in state management (Redux, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or similar) • Ability to write modular, maintainable, and well tested code • Solid skillset in testing & debugging complex frontend applications • Deep interest or experience with P2P technologies or distributed systems • Comfort working in a remote, globally distributed team • Good communication skills • Excellent English communication skills • Preferred: Experience with desktop application development (Electron, Tauri, or similar runtimes) • Preferred: Familiarity with video/audio APIs (WebRTC, media streams) and real-time communication • Preferred: Demonstrated ability to optimize UI performance, including rendering and memory management • Preferred: Experience building cross-platform applications (macOS, Windows, Linux, etc.) • Bonus: Past contributions to OSS projects, especially in P2P or decentralized tech
