• Design and implement LLM orchestration services. • Integrate Azure OpenAI with our business systems. • Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines. • Build document processing flows for extracting structured data. • Design classification models to categorize inbound emails. • Collaborate with internal HubSpot and NetSuite developers.
• Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of software development experience (with at least 2+ years in AI/ML engineering), building production-grade solutions. • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with software engineering best practices. • Extensive Experience using JavaScript or TypeScript where needed for frontend automation or CRM extension. • Knowledge of OCR tools such as PyMuPDF, Tesseract, and proficiency in REST API design. • Strong foundation in data serialization and validation.
