📋 Description

• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical trials • Ensuring accurate study setup, system management, and documentation • Acting as a central point of contact for study teams • Facilitating communication, operational support, and compliance with clinical trial processes • Providing access to the study team for required systems and tools • Maintaining and updating study information in the CTMS • Supporting PM and CRM in vendor management activities • Managing mass communication to sites and clients

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences or a related field • Previous experience in clinical research • Familiarity with CTMS systems and clinical trial processes (GCP) • Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
