📋 Description

• Serve as the central interface between internal engineering teams and customers for the technical implementation and further development of cloud solutions from the Google Cloud Services portfolio • Design and deliver technical deep-dive workshops for strategic customers, particularly on encryption and technical implementation • Work closely with Customer Success Management to drive active workload adoption and support customers in achieving their cloud objectives • Provide support with implementation, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving, while reducing long-term dependencies on managed services • Use, adapt, and further develop technical documentation and Google reseller guides • Actively share knowledge across the technical organization

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in technical pre-sales, including presenting cloud solutions, responding to tenders, and providing technical customer advice • Strong knowledge of cloud architecture and infrastructure migrations, particularly landing zones • Expertise in technical sovereignty, especially data residency, operational autonomy, and relevant standards such as C5, C3A, and ISO 27001 • Ability to analyze and classify customer workloads and assess requirements and risks in the context of mission-critical and business-critical workloads • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and transferring or adapting workloads from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to dedicated cloud environments • Willingness to travel within Germany regularly for workshops, team meetings, and customer visits • English-language application documents required
