📋 Description

• Own and improve core product flows related to onboarding, activation, and enrollment. • Build and ship full stack features, from backend services to user-facing interfaces. • Instrument product surfaces to understand user behavior and identify opportunities for improvement. • Design, test, and iterate on changes that improve conversion. • Work closely with product, design, and cross-functional partners to ship solutions. • Contribute to systems that support engagement and lifecycle messaging.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building and shipping production web applications across the stack. • Strong product judgment and comfort working through ambiguity. • Ability to reason about user behavior and use data to inform decisions. • Experience owning features end-to-end. • Track record of cross-functional collaboration and good technical decision-making.
