📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end quoting, binding, and policy management processes for both personal and commercial clients. • Gather client information, verify risk addresses, and run accurate quotes across Personal and Commercial lines. • Compare policy options, terms, and deductibles to ensure clients get the best possible care and protection. • Audit applications and carrier proposals to ensure strict compliance with state regulations and company guidelines. • Finalize and bind coverage with carriers once the client approves the final proposal. • Collect initial premium payments and promptly update banking and internal ledger systems. • Service an active portfolio of property, personal (home/auto), and commercial (liability/BOP) insurance policies.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, underwriting assistance, or account management. • Advanced English Knowledge: upper intermediate, advanced or proficient. • Strong foundational knowledge of both Personal and Commercial property/casualty insurance. • Experience using Agency Management Systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and comparative rating tools. • Exceptional attention to detail when handling banking data, complex legal addresses, and policy compliance forms.
