📋 Description

• Ensure adherence to contractual agreements, manage risks and opportunities • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customers and stakeholders • Drive exceptional customer experiences by influencing internal departments • Conduct service improvement plans, address common issues, collaborate on NPS initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Experience roles • Ideally with exposure to SaaS or technology-driven businesses • Strong management experience in the Hospitality Industry • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills • Excellent communication and presentation skills
