• Lead end-to-end CRS onboarding projects from planning through go-live • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client requirements and align configurations • Configure CRS environments and workflows to meet property-specific needs • Perform QA, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure readiness and system accuracy • Deliver training that enables users to confidently adopt best practices • Maintain project plans, documentation, and client-specific configuration details • Serve as the primary point of contact during onboarding, ensuring smooth handoff to Support post-go-live • Partner with Development, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and enhance implementation processes • Track adoption and proactively drive actions that accelerate time-to-value
• Required Experience delivering software onboarding or implementations; hospitality systems strongly preferred • Strong organization, follow-through, and ownership of timelines and deliverables • Technical aptitude with ability to learn system configuration / data workflows • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills (virtual + written) • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Preferred Experience with hotel CRS / PMS / CRM / RMS platforms • Experience in hospitality operations, reservations, revenue management, or distribution • Familiarity with API integrations or data mapping concepts • Experience with process documentation / SOP creation • Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship for this opportunity.
