📋 Description
• Support the Service Desk weekend team. • Collaborate with other CDC Service Desk staff. • Assist in providing 24/7 IT support to CDC staff. • Drive key policies and procedures for IT support. • Utilize IT support tools provided by the Customer Engagement Branch. • Provide Windows 11 support. • Support O365 applications and VPN-related issues.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or GED. • 2+ years of related experience. • Technical skills with O365 applications and VPN support.
