âą 8+ years of experience in growth marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS âą Strong background in or familiarity with product marketing, with a solid understanding of messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis âą Experience in marketing technology or SaaS platforms âą Experience executing or managing paid media and lifecycle marketing across the funnel âą Hands-on operator with management experienceâa true player-coach âą Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills âą Proficient in English, with native-level fluency âą Experience targeting enterprise-level customers and managing long sales cycles âą Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including giving executive-level presentations âą Comfortable working remotely across time zones and leading in a distributed team environment.
