📋 Description

‱ Develop and lead integrated growth strategies that drive acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue ‱ Manage a small but mighty team, working closely with Product Marketing to align messaging, positioning, and GTM strategies ‱ Strategically scale paid acquisition channels (search, social, programmatic, etc.) and organic traffic (SEO and GEO) opportunities to hit pipeline and sign-up goals ‱ Provide direction and leadership to optimize lifecycle marketing programs to improve onboarding, engagement, and retention ‱ Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create a seamless customer journey ‱ Measure performance, analyze results, and continually optimize campaigns for ROI ‱ Manage a small team as we grow, while remaining deeply hands-on

🎯 Requirements

‱ 8+ years of experience in growth marketing roles, ideally within B2B SaaS ‱ Strong background in or familiarity with product marketing, with a solid understanding of messaging, positioning, and competitive analysis ‱ Experience in marketing technology or SaaS platforms ‱ Experience executing or managing paid media and lifecycle marketing across the funnel ‱ Hands-on operator with management experience—a true player-coach ‱ Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills ‱ Proficient in English, with native-level fluency ‱ Experience targeting enterprise-level customers and managing long sales cycles ‱ Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, including giving executive-level presentations ‱ Comfortable working remotely across time zones and leading in a distributed team environment.
