📋 Description

• You will be part of a 35-person team of technology-driven sensor, IoT, and hardware engineers. • Together with your colleagues, you will take on the following tasks: you will get complex products up and running on-site at customer locations. • You will work in operational field environments to validate, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software under live conditions and unpredictable field circumstances. • You will interpret complex customer requirements, handle technical pre-sales engagement, and develop smaller, tailored system adaptations to ensure our products integrate seamlessly into customers' specific ecosystems. • You monitor systems, resolve incidents, and continuously improve observability.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years of professional experience in IT (e.g., hardware/software), ideally 15–20 years. • At least 4 years' experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Forward Deployment Engineer, or Deployment Architect in the IoT domain. • At least 4 years' experience deploying and operating complex technical products in field service or operational environments. • Strong knowledge of Python, Embedded C++, Rust, or comparable languages. • Experience with embedded Linux across various architectures. • Fluent English; additional spoken languages are a plus.
