• Define the overarching marketing strategy in collaboration with the CEO • Coordinate the team and ensure excellence in execution • Optimize processes, campaigns, branding and digital presence • Ensure quality and consistency across all touchpoints • Gather insights and implement continuous improvements • Ensure team performance, well-being and development • Approve hires and support recruitment and onboarding • Work with internal teams (Business, Digital, Experience, Sales) to optimize leads, sign-ups and automations • Monitor KPIs and collaborate on dashboard management
