• Identify root causes of customer issues and opportunities and deliver compelling stories to drive action to address • Steer the local CL team, managing CL Advisors to develop personally and professionally and partner with their assigned accounts • Run the identification of category / customer business opportunities, develops concrete recommendations, and supports customer business teams in execution • Establish team customer category priorities that are consistent with goals and objectives as defined by the customer and Kraft Heinz • Develop impactful customer-specific category development recommendations in support of key business building initiatives • Expert in using multiple inputs including syndicated data, shopper card and household panel data that support compelling stories that spur business recommendations • Able to educate, apply, and advise on category management best practices • Category Leadership representative in strategic customer meetings and interaction, e.g., JVP meetings
• Strong syndicated, shopper, and panel data knowledge • Strong visual storytelling capabilities • Strong mentor and people development skills • Strong industry / sales knowledge with emphasis on category and space management • Solid organization, project management and planning skills with the ability to execute with minimal direction • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with frequent interaction outside of Kraft Heinz
