• Act as the Digital Category Expert and trusted Advisor partner to KRO site merch and merchants to support strategic business and site planning • Deliver eCommerce goals of topline sales growth, online penetration, and category share targets for top categories • Provide objective, comprehensive, consumer-based insights and actionable recommendations utilizing tools such as retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, digital search and site analytics tools, and shopper insights • Lead team to deliver site merch strategy and executional elements such as macro site planning and features, digital food aisle merchandising and wireframes • Collaborate horizontally and vertically with both internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions to align and successfully execute digital category initiatives • Identify white space digital opportunities to proactively uncover potential growth areas for both the category and KHC
• Highly analytical - ability to leverage data sources such as retailer data, internal/syndicated data sources, digital search and site analytics tools, and shopper insights • Strong storytelling ability through strategic use of visual tools such as PowerPoint and Mekko and a customer mindset presentation style • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, as well as intellectual curiosity, with a proven ability to work on multiple assignments and prioritize • Ability to thrive in ambiguity with a self-starter, proactive mindset, working to continuously create and define the future of digital category management • Strong people and leadership skills, ability to influence and drive change management
