📋 Description

• Run manual test cases across TLN’s web-based SaaS products • Test desktop browsers including Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge • Test mobile web and native iOS and Android apps • Find, document, and report defects with clear titles, reproduction steps, expected versus actual results, and screenshots • Log and track bugs in Linear • Test APIs using Postman • Provide written status updates to the QA team and engineering leads

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on manual QA experience testing SaaS or web-based software • Strong written English • Experience with a bug or issue tracker such as Jira, Linear or Azure DevOps • Experience testing across browsers, mobile web, and iOS and Android apps • Experience with API testing using Postman • Own devices: a computer plus iOS and Android phones • Reliable internet connection and suitable remote work setup • Able to work 4 to 5 hours a day overlapping Eastern Time • Backup equipment in case of power or internet interruption • Browser developer tools for console errors and network requests • Exposure to Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress • Experience testing learning or education software • Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor as it relates to QA • Software development experience with Java, PHP, NodeJS, Javascript, etc.
