📋 Description

• Lead and mentor a team of talented software engineers in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions. • Lead the engineering efforts in our e-commerce platform, focusing on scalability, user experience, and Merchandising tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, ML team, and Merchandising team, to develop and implement effective online Merchandising tools. • Oversee the development and maintenance of our core systems built on Ruby on Rails and Elixir, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. • Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation. • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging team members to explore new technologies and practices. • Work cross-functionally with various teams to align engineering activities with broader company objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of managing high-performing engineering teams • Proven track record in managing and scaling distributed, public cloud-native systems and services. • Strong understanding of relational database systems (MySQL or PostgreSQL preferred). • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team of engineers. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Experience with e-commerce, merchandising or inventory systems
