📋 Description
• Client Engagement : Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create tailored recruitment strategies. • Talent Sourcing : Utilize various channels to source high-quality candidates, including job boards, LinkedIn, and personal networks. • Screening and Shortlisting : Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with client requirements. • Relationship Building : Build strong relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process. • Placement Management : Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless coordination between clients and candidates. • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices to add value to the recruitment process.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in Recruitment or Talent acquisition • Strong understanding of the HR landscape in various industries and talent markets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated and results-driven. • Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • Possess a valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) and work authorization in Singapore
