• The Sales Specialist reports to the Director of Sales, UK & Europe • Manage and grow business with Armstrong Collective’s travel partners • Conduct proactive outreach (voice and digital channels) to acquire and grow business • Develop close relationships with the trade channel and acquiring new partners • Support and achieve aggressive growth targets • Analyze regions and marketplaces by monitoring the market/competition • Ensure accurate processing of all sales activities in the CRM and other systems • Prepare proposals, presentations, and supporting documents for solicitation and closing of business • Maintain positive and constructive relationships with other Managers, employees, customers, and suppliers • Drive for results and foster collaboration
• Post-Secondary education and experience in the Travel/Tourism industry (a four-year degree is preferred) • Prior sales or business development experience preferred • Experience in relationship building through combination of in person, over the phone, and digital interactions • Proven track record of success in achieving goals • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Concur, and other systems • Strong presentation and training skills, both in person and via webinars • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Fluency in French or German is preferred
