📋 Description

• The Product Manager will be at the intersection of strategy, execution, and customer experience, using data to drive decision-making and align business goals with user needs. • They will partner closely with engineering, content, and operations to define product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure a seamless customer experience from ideation through launch. • Technical aptitude to effectively lead and collaborate with cross-functional development teams, including software engineers, content developers, and operations specialists. • Partner with engineering leadership to translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions, with clear architectural rationale. • Define and manage API integrations, data pipelines, and system dependencies across platforms (e.g., LMS, CMS, CRM, or analytics tools).

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years managing technical or platform products. • Proven experience leading cross-functional software delivery with engineering, data, and QA teams. • Experience managing API-driven products, SaaS platforms, or data integration pipelines. • Demonstrated ability to balance technical debt, scalability, and customer experience priorities.
