• Clients will be assigned to you based on your skills and preferences • You will manage the tasks delegated by our clients and become their trusted right-hand • Expense report management and assistance with invoicing • Scheduling appointments and calendar management • Organizing and coordinating meetings and events • Travel planning and arrangements • Managing orders and supplies • HR-related tasks and office management • Personal tasks (research, bookings, etc.)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • At least 3 years of professional experience as a freelancer or employee (as an executive assistant or in a similar role) • Strong writing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities • Proficiency with tech tools (Google Workspace, Office 365, Slack, etc.) • Enjoy taking on challenges and solving problems • Proactive and energetic • Excellent organizational skills • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) • You must be self-employed/freelance and accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously.
