• Ensure accurate, timely posting of payments and adjustments • Analyze payment activity and identify trends • Resolve discrepancies to support accurate reimbursement • Process patient and insurance refunds for overpayments • Review contracts and ensure appropriate claim adjustments • Communicate findings to leadership and meet quality assurance expectations
• One year of experience in billing, cash posting, or collections, preferably in healthcare • Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office • Knowledge of medical terminology • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment • Experience with CPR+ or Caretend (preferred) • Experience with HCPCS, ICD‑10, and medical billing practices (preferred) • Familiarity with third‑party payer guidelines and reimbursement practices (preferred) • Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills (preferred)
