📋 Description
• Delivers basic technical, administrative, or operative Provider Relations tasks • Assists in the implementation of procedures related to the credentialing, re-credentialing and retention of network providers • Maintains provider profiling system • Communicates with providers by phone regarding contractual inquiries and/or credentialing status and information • Performs duties under direct instruction and close supervision
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills • Strong customer service skills • Computer proficiency • Ability to work in a goal-oriented environment • Ability to meet high standards for attendance
