📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python • Contribute to frontend development, including React-based applications • Define technical solutions and drive projects from design through production deployment • Integrate AI capabilities into business applications and customer-facing solutions • Ensure high standards of scalability, reliability, testing, and production support • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Support and enhance production systems while continuously improving architecture and engineering practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience in software engineering • 5+ years of backend development experience with Python • 2+ years of frontend development experience • React experience is highly desirable • Strong knowledge of system design and software architecture • Knowledge of scalability, maintainability, testing, release management, debugging, and production support • Experience designing and delivering production-ready solutions from concept through deployment and operational support • Experience integrating AI capabilities into production systems, including orchestration, workload management, and scalable AI-enabled solutions • Ability to work with ambiguous business requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and make architectural decisions • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills • Business-level proficiency in English, written and verbal • Entitlement to work in the EU without a sponsored visa
