📋 Description

• Understand customer problems by working directly with property managers and internal teams • Take features from idea and prototype through frontend, backend, integrations, testing, and deployment • Own the complete product experience and production performance • Work with designers to create intuitive interfaces for complex short-term rental operations • Build event-driven workflows that automate repetitive operational tasks • Develop AI-powered features using LLMs and AI agents • Build APIs and integrations with Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio, OpenAI, Google, and other ecosystem partners • Build solutions for reservation synchronization, dynamic pricing, smart lock access, guest communication, check-in and upsell journeys, forecasting, cleaning and maintenance automation, owner reporting, and AI-powered monitoring • Use customer feedback, product usage, and operational results to measure and improve shipped features • Make technical decisions balancing delivery speed, maintainability, security, and reliability as the platform scales • Collaborate closely with founders, designers, operators, customers, and internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience building and shipping production software • Ability to work across frontend and backend systems • Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, or similar technologies • Strong understanding of APIs, databases, integrations, and cloud architecture • Product mindset and curiosity about why users need a feature • Good judgment around usability, scope, and technical trade-offs • Ability to turn an ambiguous problem into a practical, working solution • Confidence working directly with customers, designers, and founders • Ability to work independently and own outcomes • Curiosity about AI, automation, and operational efficiency • Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating • Bonus: experience with short-term rentals, hospitality technology, or property management systems • Bonus: experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms • Bonus: experience with marketplace businesses and booking channel integrations • Bonus: experience with AI agents and workflow automation • Bonus: experience with product analytics and experimentation • Bonus: experience with event-driven architectures • Bonus: experience with Supabase • Bonus: experience with AWS serverless infrastructure
