📋 Description
• Provide remote, on-demand trust and probate litigation support to client law firms • Draft and respond to petitions and mediation petitions • Work approximately 10-20 hours per week on contract basis • Meet deadlines and manage independent caseloads • Collaborate with client firms as a freelance attorney in The Freelance Firm network
🎯 Requirements
• 4-5 years work experience • Licensed in good standing to practice law in California • STRONG drafting skill sets • Experience responding to petitions • Experience drafting mediation petitions • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
