📋 Description

• Map the end-to-end customer journey (from prospect to advocate) • Identify bottlenecks that reduce margins • Build actionable dashboards for different stakeholders (CFO, Sales, Marketing) • Calculate CAC vs LTV with surgical precision • Perform cohort and churn analyses • Create realistic (not wishful) forecasts for the board • Facilitate collaboration between Marketing, Sales, CS, and Finance • Establish clear, actionable SLAs • Design smooth workflows without relying on “push” emails • Run experiments that challenge hypotheses • Prioritize using frameworks like ICE • Build and optimize the Revenue Stack (CRM, automation, BI, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Growth Analytics • Experience optimizing Go-To-Market processes • Hands-on experience with CRM, BI, and automation tools • Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously • Experience with B2B/SaaS companies is a plus (but not mandatory)
