📋 Description

• Provides support to customers across a variety of HR-related services including responding to customers' questions and needs, advising on HR policies and practices and executing transactions which support the customer’s requests. • Additional responsibilities include administration, regular communication, research, and problem solving, and auditing of systems information. • This is a full-time position that would adhere to Eastern Standard Time (EST) working hours.

🎯 Requirements

• BS degree in Human Resources or related discipline • 1-3 years relevant Human Resources or Call Center experience • Knowledge of HR processes and systems, including SAP HR and CRM, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is required • Excellent customer service and communication skills supporting an ability to coach / train employees on processes and procedures
