• Main point of contact for retiree benefits, LTD employees, and COBRA coverage • Oversee enrollment, eligibility verification, and ongoing support for retiree medical, dental, and vision programs • Coordinate LTD coverage administration and liaise with insurance carriers and Leaves Team • Administer COBRA continuation coverage including notifications, eligibility tracking, and enrollment processing • Process and code vendor invoices for timely approval and payment • Serve as primary contact to address benefit-related inquiries and provide retirement support (retirement kits, consultation) • Manage retiree's marketplace insurance provider and ensure accurate data sharing with vendors
• English proficiency: B1+ (Intermediate or higher) • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in benefits delivery • Experience in benefits administration, focusing on retiree, LTD, or COBRA programs (preferred) • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA) • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills • Proficiency in HRIS and benefits management systems and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality and integrity
