📋 Description

• Sell targeted promotions, core distribution, seasons, and innovation via outbound phone calls to Convenience, Food, and Foodservice class of trade retailers • Achieve sales objectives within assigned territories and provide coverage across territories as needed • Communicate product, promotional, and marketing information to authorized retailers to generate sales, gain store placement, and fill distribution voids • Manage small chains and ensure all channel initiatives are met • Build and maintain business relationships with customer KDMs • Track feedback for planning future promotions and generating sales reports • Provide peer shadowing in partnership with management and participate in training of newly hired employees • Provide ongoing sales coaching and participate in team meetings
